Technical and Customer Support
All technical and Customer Support is provided via our
support desk here. Our support desk is staffed 24 hours/day, 7 days a week
by professional, experienced technicians.
You
can log in to the support desk using the ORIGINAL username and password of
your web hosting account.
Alternatively, the desk will also recognize your
e-mail
address; click on "Lost Password?" and enter your e-mail address in the
box. The support desk will automatically send your password to you which you
may
then use to log in.
Billing Matters
From the support
desk you can update your payment information or open a
help ticket requesting assistance with any payment matter.
All hosting accounts are set up on Monthly payment terms by default. We
run charges through on the credit card on record between the 1st and 5th
of each month.
Please note, the billing charges for your hosting account
will appear on your credit card statement as DC SERVICE
NETWORK.
